In the left side of your dashboard click on "New Website".
Complete the form correctly and then click "Add Website"
Site Name is Title of your site, example: Popads Review ,Popads rate etc.
Site URL is your blog. For example http://popadsreviewtrue.blogspot.com
Category: Choice your blog type.
Now Click Add Site
Your site is added, you need to wait max 24 hours for your site approval. Most of time they approved site.
Now, login to your popads account.
In the left part of your dashboard click on My Website, If your website approved by the administrator, your website must be there.
Click on the website, and then you will be directed to a new page.
And then click on 'Generate Code" or "Get Code"
After getting your code ,just copy it and login to your website builder. In this case, I used free blogging platform as an example. Look at the Code installation instruction. Put the code between <head> and < /head> tag.
Now, go to my blogger account and click >>Template> Edit HTML.

Save your template and finish.
Now check if the code work properly or not. If you installed any ads blocker must disabled that else code will not work.
